A small cabin/house that can be placed anywhere using Spooner. Doorframes and window frames empty so you can place the doors/window panes you want to using Spooner.
1.1k polygons and optimized texture resolutions for asset. Standard cabin of same dimensions in RDR2 is 11,000 polygons, so you can place practically 10 of these for the cost of 1 base game. Very good for making your own streets/neighbourhoods of player homes!
Important Technical Notes:
I have the house rotated on a Yaw of 90 Degrees when you first place it in spooner to make it easier to place on uneven terrain. You simply have to place and rotate it how you want. I have also given a large, deep base to intersect any uneven or angled land.
